Victor J. Boschini, Jr. Staff Award for Outstanding Engagement
The Victor J. Boschini, Jr., Staff Award for Outstanding Engagement is named in honor of TCU’s 10th Chancellor, in celebration of his unwavering dedication to community engagement. This award recognizes a TCU staff member who goes above and beyond to contribute to the success of TCU through exemplary service and community engagement. The recipient of the award, selected from a pool of nominees representing each division of the university, is awarded annually.
Criteria:
- Nominee must be a ¾ or fulltime employee, who has served as a member of the faculty or staff (exempt or non-exempt) for at least three years.
- Nominee must be a staff employee in good standing at Texas Christian University.
- Members of the Chancellor’s Cabinet, Provost’s Council and the Office of the Chancellor may submit nominations but are not eligible to be nominated.
Nominations for 2025-2026 are open now through April 17, 2026.
